It is a cosy property located in Shimogyo Ward district really close to bus stops which aid travelling around Kyoto, many different train stations. Terrific service and excellent value. Btw parking is possible on site.

everything was so good, good hot breakfast, the bfast staff helped a lot. the staff were more than helpful. the room was new-fashioned, with convenient decor and central heating, an iron and flat-screen television for our comfort. walking distance to the markets and shops across the street.

Absolutely gorgeous twin room. The location was best possible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a modern aquarium. And it was minutes from a bus stop

The hotel was perfect, but I stayed for 4 nights only. The location was comfy and room was huge, I loved fabulous staff. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Also, main attraction such as an observation tower was 1 mile from this venue.
Breakfast was cold, can be much better.
